Department Profile
The National Teams Supporting Department (NTSD) of Beijing Sport University (BSU) was founded in February, 2005. NTSD is mainly responsible for the coordination among the national teams and relevant sports event management centers, provincial and municipal sports bureaus and the related departments of BSU. NTSD is in charge of the training and competition management of the national teams, as well as the education of the athletes. Moreover, NTSD is also responsible for the service of scientific technology to the national teams, understanding their requirement for the service of scientific technology and carrying out scientific technology service together with relevant departments of BSU for doping control and strength recovery during the training period.
